Their lineup remains consistent in profile while continuously evolving to highlight seasonal coffees. Unlike many roasters, they don’t separate their roast profiles into filter and espresso; instead, they aim to showcase the natural character and balance of each lot across all brewing methods.
At Modus, roasting is both an art and a science. Their philosophy is to emphasize the inherent flavors of each coffee, offering a spectrum of profiles—from the balanced “Coast” to the more adventurous “Opus.” This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every cup captures the distinct nuances of its origin.
