For the Month of May, we have Moving Coffee join us for our roasters in residence program. Founded in 2011 in Hong Kong they relocated to Vancouver in 2014. Originally partnering with the small neighbourhood bakery Fife, and expanding on their own during the pandemic, pivoting to an e-commerce model.
Today they have a Roastery and Tasting Lab in Richmond BC. Their Tasting Lab offers a unique experience for coffee enthusiasts, from tasting flights to in-depth knowledge on producers and processes.
